Financial transaction records and audit logs are retained for a minimum of five (5) years in compliance with applicable financial regulations. You may request deletion of your account at any time; however, certain data may be retained where required by law or to resolve outstanding disputes.
6. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include encrypted storage of sensitive credentials, access controls, and regular security reviews.
While we take security seriously, no system is completely immune to risk. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for notifying us immediately of any suspected breach.

8. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance
NextWave is committed to the prevention of money laundering, terrorism financing, and other forms of financial crime. In accordance with applicable anti-money laundering laws and regulations, we have implemented the following measures:
a) Know Your Customer (KYC)
All members are required to provide accurate identity and contact information at registration. We reserve the right to request additional identity verification documents at any time, including government-issued identification, proof of address, or other documentation as required by law or as deemed necessary by our compliance team.
b) Transaction Monitoring
We monitor transactions on the Platform for unusual patterns, including but not limited to: large or rapid movements of funds, structuring of transactions to avoid detection thresholds, unexplained account activity, and inconsistencies between declared income and transaction volumes. Suspicious activity will be investigated and, where required by law, reported to the relevant financial intelligence unit or law enforcement agency.
c) Prohibited Uses
The Platform must not be used to launder the proceeds of crime, to fund terrorist organisations or activities, to evade taxes or financial sanctions, or to circumvent currency controls. Any member found to be engaged in such activities will have their account immediately terminated, all funds frozen pending investigation, and will be reported to the relevant authorities without prior notice.
d) Record Keeping
In compliance with AML regulations, we maintain detailed records of all financial transactions conducted on the Platform for a minimum period of five (5) years. These records may be disclosed to competent authorities upon lawful request without requiring your consent.
e) Cooperation with Authorities
We will fully cooperate with any regulatory body, law enforcement agency, or financial intelligence unit investigating potential money laundering or related offences. We are not obligated to notify you if we have filed or intend to file a suspicious activity report in relation to your account, as doing so may constitute a criminal offence ("tipping off") under applicable law.
By using the Platform, you confirm that all funds used in transactions originate from legitimate sources and that your activities comply with all applicable AML and financial crime laws.
9. Cookies and Tracking
The Platform uses session cookies that are essential for authentication and basic functionality. These cookies expire when you close your browser or log out. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking technologies. You may configure your browser to reject cookies, but doing so may impair the functionality of your account.
10. Third-Party Links
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any external site you visit.
11. Children's Privacy
The Platform is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we become aware that we have collected data from a person under 18 without verified parental consent, we will delete that data immediately.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revised policy will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes will be communicated to you via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
